1. Before the installation of steel lined plastic tank, the tank foundation shall be subject to settlement test to ensure the stability of the foundation and no displacement of the tank body.
2. If the tank is installed on two saddle supports, one of the supports shall be fixed end and the other shall be movable end, so that the tank can expand and contract freely. The liquid phase pipe on the tank should be installed close to the fixed end.
3. The installation position of the tank body shall be inclined downward to the end with liquid phase pipe, with a gradient of 0.01-0.02, and a drain valve shall be set at the lowest part of the tank body.
4. The control valve of the spray device shall be far away from the storage tank, so as to ensure that the valve can be opened in time to spray water in case of fire that cannot enter the tank area.
5. The blowdown pipe should be set uniformly and centrally, and the drainage height should not be less than 5m. The upper end of the blowdown pipe should be equipped with elbow or rain cap to avoid water in the pipe.
