Welding roller frame is a device often used in welding operation. Its main component is its roller. There are many kinds of materials for the roller here. The common one is polyurethane rod and steel rubber combination roller. Users can buy according to their own needs, but before that, they need to clear the differences between them.
The polyurethane roller used in the welding roller frame is cast with polyurethane, which is an organic polymer material. It not only has good oil resistance, toughness, wear resistance and aging resistance, but also has much higher tensile strength, tear strength, wear resistance and other properties than ordinary rubber.
The steel rubber composite roller is characterized by high pressure bearing capacity and long service life. That is because its main transmission worm adopts ZC circular arc tooth cylindrical worm, and the worm tooth surface has also undergone special treatment such as quenching and grinding, which brings high efficiency and long service life.
In the application process of welding roller frame, it is easy to stick dirt, especially its rollers, which need to be cleaned by a special roller frame cleaning machine. At the same time, before cleaning, the bracket wheel on the welding roller frame and other removed parts shall be removed.
Then put the disassembled parts in the container, add professional cleaning agent and water according to the proportion of 1:5, carry out simple cleaning, and pay attention not to soak for too long. Then use a clean cloth dipped with 1:5 mixed detergent to wipe the whole roller frame, clean and remove the surface stains.
After all parts on the welding roller frame are cleaned, wipe them with dry cloth, then pour the special curing agent from the original factory and wipe the surface of the roller frame; then install all disassembled parts to keep them intact.
