2. The roller frame selects the roller form, roller pairs and other methods according to the needs to reduce the wheel pressure on the workpiece, so as to reduce the damage to the workpiece surface.

Frequently check whether the cylinder center line and the supporting wheel center line are parallel, the central focal length of the torun and the central angle of the cylinder, and check the use of lubricating oil.
Adjust the roller frame as much as possible in the shutdown state, and the rotation direction needs to be adjusted and changed according to the regulations.
It is a way to reduce the starting current and also a kind of maintenance for the roller frame.
